All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays
fiveofabrics is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
fiveofabrics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
